Having been a reflective practitioner in the field of education for nearly 30 years, I have served from being a teacher to senior management, from different types of schools to governments, from part-time lecturing at CUHK and HKBU to actively collaborating in the international arena. The pioneering projects and global seminars have always kept me occupied, but I consider my work a blessing, for my efforts contribute to the cognitive advancement and affective development of our students. My goal is to equip our young generation with the essential competences and character for their future through inspiration and enrichment throughout their learning journey.

I believe all parents would feel the same when I say I always cherish the precious time with my family. These are the utmost lovable and invaluable moments we share, especially because my 2 daughters and wife enjoy nature as much as I do. Do say hi to me when you spot me hiking or camping with my family!

I love sharing my passions and motivating not only my own children but every student. I look forward to every adventure with the LA Family. It will be my pleasure to mount peaks and explore a fruitful and meaningful education with all of you.
